NEW YORK, NY, September 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) Yuval Tal, founder of the global electronic payment provider Payoneer, will speak at the Take Charge 2011 Digital Commerce Summit from September 13 to 14. The conference, which will take place in Airport City, Israel, will feature the most cutting-edge ecommerce creations and trends for vendors and affiliates.
Attendees can expect to have a global experience, with potential for boosting online sales, taking advantage of new marketing, and improving conversion rates. Yuval Tal, a well-known figure in the ecommerce and electronic payments arena, has boosted several online companies over the past two decades. He specializes in online payments and security, currency exchange, and prepaid card applications.
He started his tech career working for application provider Radware, leading the business development division and serving as vice president. Next, he served as a general manager for R-U-Sure Ltd., one of the first online comparison shopping websites. In 1999, he co-founded E4X, one of the first international online payment companies. The company, now known as FiftyOne, made more than $500 million in five years.
Yuval Tal founded Payoneer in 2005, providing primarily Web-based businesses the opportunity to pay internationally in a streamlined, affordable manner. Some of the fields that Payoneer serves include direct selling, online content, freelancing, and affiliate commerce.
The company processes more than $500 million annually to hundreds of thousands of end users from its 1,000 affiliates. These transactions, facilitated by the MasterCard card, spares users unwanted surcharges and delays associated with international checks and bank transfers. Headquartered in New York City, Payoneer also has R&D offices in Israel.
Born in Israel, he graduated from Tel Aviv University, where he earned an MBA, a M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. The decorated serviceman of the Israel Defense Forces was in several elite units. An avid photographer, he studied at the Parsons New School for Design in New York City and is a runner who participates in Nike runs and triathlons. The Young Presidents Organization member enjoys time with his family.
The Take Charge summit is hosted by Plimus, an payment and ecommerce service provider for online companies, sellers of digital content, and game and software publishers. The user-friendly platform enables companies to market and sell globally.
