The opening session of Cityscape Latin America 2011 will present a comprehensive outlook of the Brazilian Economy, conducted by former presidents of Brazilian Central Bank Henrique Meirelles and Gustavo Franco, the economic policy secretary at the Brazilian Finance Ministry Marcio Holland, Bradesco Bank director of loans and financing Octavio de Lazari Jr., the economist at the Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry Luis Fernando Melo Mendes, and also the CEO of WTorre Real Estate Company Walter Torre Jr.
