Specialty Plating, Metal Finishing and Engineering Solutions Company, Incertec, to Expand into Mexico Manufacturing

Incertec to begin serving Mexico manufacturing customers from its new location in The Offshore Group's Bella Vista Industrial Park.

TUCSON, AZ, October 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) Incertec, of Fridley, Minnesota, will be the 61st company to establish and maintain business operations in Mexico under the auspices of The Offshore Group's ISO 9000:2008 certified Shelter Plan. Incertec specializes in highly-engineered, plating solutions in industries that demand precision.

This entrance into the Mexico manufacturing market will complement the company's U.S. operations by providing access to economies of scale in labor, and will enable Insertec to effectively provide services to aerospace, medical device, and electronics manufacturers that currently have production capacity there.

After start-up, the new INCERTEC plant will provide secondary processes such as:

- NADCAP-certified anodizing types I, II and II
- Chemfilm, cleaning, passivate
- Paint and NDT (non-destructive testing)

Within the next year, the new Incertec plant will offer processes identical to those available at its Fridley, Minnesota location, including plating on plastics.

According Tim Meador, CEO and President of Incertec, "Providing precision service is a critical aspect of the success of the clients in the industries that we serve. Our presence in Mexico, through, a facility in The Offshore Group's Bella Vista Industrial Park in Empalme, Sonora, will ensure that our customers in Mexico receive the same consistency and quality of product, as well as reliability of delivery that our U.S. customers have come to expect."
