FORT MYERS, FL, September 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) Fort Myers Triathlon Swimming Coach and certified trainer, Angie Ferguson of Geared Up and her team of multi-sport specialists have released the company's second free eBook, entitled "Seven Open Water Swimming Tips You Need to Know for Triathlon Success."

Says Ferguson, Owner and Founder of Geared Up!, "I've found that our beginner athletes always seem to have a lot of questions when it comes to open water swimming. I'm hoping that by making this eBook free and accessible to everyone, athletes in training at all levels will be able to use it as a reference to improve their swimming abilities."

The Geared Up home base is located in Southwest Florida, but this free eBook will help triathletes locally, nationally, and perhaps, throughout the world.
