Steve Waldrip Homes is a Marietta based home builder known producing modern, affordable homes in Cobb County and through Metro Atlanta since 1986. They are dedicated to providing customers with a "home buying experience that provides complete satisfaction." All of their communities are built to preserve nature at its fullest by providing professionally landscaped designs and nature park areas.

Steve Waldrip Homes build approximately 60 fine homes each year. They do not build tract homes but concentrate instead on each individual homes. Over the past five years, they have developed homes in McDaniel Farm, Amberwood Creek, Rosewood Park, Stephanie Chase, Stone Creek and Hopkins Glenn.

The company has been able to flouring during the economic downturn by employing modern construction techniques that employ many energy-saving features. Each community is based around providing a supporting quality through convenient locations and environmental assimilation.
