SAN FRANCISCO, CA, October 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) Garvey Schubert Barer has been selected for the 2011 Appleseed Award for Pro Bono Service by Washington Appleseed. Firm volunteers, led by firm Owner and Washington Appleseed board of directors member Ronald J. Knox, have contributed more than 200 hours to the organization, helping in matters such as assessing and reporting on the impact of payday loans and advocating for the homeless. Firm volunteers also have been active in helping devise and implement the organization's legal strategy.

The FRS is designed to automatically circulate and clean stored fuel at 50 gallons per minute on a preprogrammed schedule.
