Sergei Andrzeevski, Project Manager from First Line, will moderate the panel entitled "SCRUM, Kanban, XP... How to choose?" Sergei is a recognized expert in Agile development methodologies and a frequent speaker at various professional conferences on the subject. He has participated in the successful delivery of many dozens of Agile development projects. A Certified Scrum Master, Sergei is also the author of Sprintometer, a free application for Scrum project management.
Konstantin Polukhin, Managing Partner of First Line's Cloud Solutions practice, will deliver a presentation at CEE-SECR: Banking, held as part of the conference program. His presentation discusses a solution for integrating cloud-based applications with on-premise data stores. Konstantin has won his Ph.D. in the area of system analysis from the St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics at the Russian Academy of Sciences. Over the last 15 years of his career in IT, Konstantin has launched several IT consulting and software development companies in both Russia and the US, serving such global industry leaders as American Express, Capital One, Bank of America, Reader's Digest, IBM, and others. In 2011, he joined First Line to head up its newly formed Cloud Solutions practice.
