Kadir Petroleum PLC Names Tom Golden CFO

London-based Kadir Petroleum has named Tom Golden of Hot Springs, Arkansas as Chief Financial Officer.

LONDON, ENGLAND, November 24, 2011 (Press-News.org) KADIR PETROLEUM, PLC, with headquarters in London, United Kingdom, announced today the appointment of W. Thomas (Tom) Golden of Hot Springs, Arkansas as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Golden who is a retired United States Government Intelligence Officer, will be responsible for financial controls and reporting, as well as taking a lead role in strategic planning and the execution of Kadir Petroleum's aggressive growth strategy.

Tom brings a wealth of expertise to Kadir Petroleum from a distinguished career in the United States Government having served over 30 years in numerous high-level management positions within the intelligence community. After retirement from federal service, Tom has served as a consultant to various agencies in the U.S. Government. "We are delighted to have Tom join our team during this period of tremendous growth for our company," said Sean Kadir, CEO of Kadir Petroleum in London.

Most recently, Mr. Golden served as President and CEO of Data Research International and President and CEO of Voice Biometrics, Inc., where he directed all finance, systems and administrative functions, including strategic planning, integration, accounting and asset management. Mr. Golden also serves as President of Golden Phoenix Productions, Inc., a media corporation that produces documentary films and television programs.
