CARLSBAD, CA, November 24, 2011 (Press-News.org) In a report in Energy Digital Magazine, Paolo Maccario shares his visions of Silfab Ontario and why it is a leader in its industry.
Silfab's goal is to be a leading manufacturer of efficient and reliable photovoltaic products and they certainly have reached this expectation.
Silfab modules are currently ranked among the best PV products in the world. Because of the steady availability of prime raw materials, such as wafers and cells, customers enjoy a locked price and other benefits that not many of its competitors can provide. Silfab is in Canada to make photovoltaic energy the power source for a more efficient and sustainable future.
Just a few months ago, Silfab Ontario Inc. inaugurated its new facility in Mississauga, Ontario, creating over 70 new jobs in the manufacturing of high efficiency photovoltaic panels. On the occasion, Ontario Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Sandra Pupatello, welcomed Silfab's significant investment of over $ 13 million, calling it an "endorsement of Ontario's strength as a global leader in clean energy."
Green-To-Green engineering is used by Silfab to make the smallest carbon footprint possible. According to Maccario, "Green-to-Green" engineering employs a completely integrated, closed-loop production process that provides an exceptional level of economic and environmental sustainability.
Maccario does see the future global economies being powered by renewable energy sources, and sincerely hopes that these economies will be led by good business practices, setting new standards of corporate responsibility.
"We work in the perfect industry. Doing great work for our customers, and the environment, while providing good jobs to our employees," Maccario says.
