Public sector savings delivered the i-nexus way

Business execution company i-nexus has launched a dedicated microsite highlighting how its software can help public sector organisations to deliver the widely publicised savings. Download the webinar from 12th October to find out more.

2010-09-23
COVENTRY, ENGLAND, September 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) Put a date in your diary from 12th October to hear Neil Sutcliffe, chairman of i-nexus, talk about how business execution software can help deliver public sector savings.

It is widely acknowledged that public sector budget cuts are inevitable but the real challenge lies in how the spending reductions are executed. In order to minimise the impact on critical frontline services it is essential that every attempt is made to effect the savings through improvements in operating efficiency or elimination of wasteful activity. This requires successful execution of an operational excellence programme, such as, for example, Lean Six Sigma. Through its webinar and dedicated website http://www.i-nexus.com/publicsector, i-nexus will demonstrate to public sector organisations how its on-demand business execution suite can deliver long-term, sustainable savings.

During the hour-long webinar, Neil will outline how leading organisations have dramatically increased the likelihood of achieving their goals through integrating Balanced Scorecards, Lean Six Sigma and Hoshin Planning into a robust closed-loop business execution system.

Ranked year on year as the #1 CEO challenge, consistent execution demands an approach which is capable of aligning and mobilising many thousands of employees in pursuit of strategic goals. Neil will outline how to build on existing performance improvement and cost reduction initiatives to implement such a joined-up approach and will set out the six core components needed to build a robust business execution system. Applying such an approach to the challenge of implementing spending cuts in the public sector gives the best chance of achieving budget targets whilst minimising impact on important public services.

Neil will be joined by Sharon Webber from Welsh Health Supplies, service providers to the National Health Service in Wales. Sharon will give a first-hand account of implementing the i-nexus business execution suite, outlining the challenges faced by Welsh Health Supplies and the benefits that her organisation is now beginning to experience.

The public sector-focused webinar will be available to participants from 12:00pm (BST/GMT+1:00) on Tuesday 12th October at http://www.i-nexus.com/publicsector

i-nexus is a leading provider of on-demand software that helps organizations to drive consistent execution of their business goals. Used extensively by industry heavyweights such as Pfizer, Nestle and Alstom, i-nexus Business Execution software is helping global organizations in both the public and private sectors to translate business goals into actions, plan and drive implementation of those actions and subsequently track the achievement of goals. The first web-based application to truly 'close-the-loop', i-nexus is helping executives in leading global organisations to align, mobilise and focus the efforts of many thousands of employees every day in pursuit of their goals.
