HARRISBURG, PA, September 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) Traci Kennedy comes to JPL as a meetings and events producer after several years with the Walt Disney Company. Kennedy was previously the Disney Youth Markets manager and was responsible for creating and executing new marketing strategies and events geared toward the youth market. In this role, she also built relationships with sponsors including Coca-Cola and Sharpie.
Prior to this position, Kennedy was an event manager at Walt Disney World and helped produce numerous events, including the Emmy Award-winning ABC Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade. During her years at Disney, Kennedy worked for JM Best Entertainment and coordinated live events and television programs. Kennedy also managed a corporate event for Superbowl XXXIX.
A certified special events planner, Kennedy holds a bachelor of arts in mass communications from Lindenwood University in Missouri. Kennedy is a native of Camp Hill, PA and currently resides there.
