It has four 10/100M UTP ports and one 100M SFP socket. It uses STAR network topology and is an ideal option for fiber to the home (FTTH) optical fiber solutions.
This 5-port Fast Ethernet switch, model C0330001, supports both single optical fiber and dual optical fiber. It converts optical/electrical Ethernet signals between 10/100M UTP ports and 100M optical fiber ports. It extends the transmission distance of a network from 100 m over copper wires to up to 120 km through optical fiber link. It also features 10/100M auto-negotiation and provides a maximum speed of up to 20/200M in full-duplex mode.
This 5-port Ethernet switch provides IEEE 802.3x full-duplex flow control and back pressure half-duplex flow control. In addition, LED indicator lights fully monitor the convertor's operational status making observation and diagnoses easy.
This 4-Port 10/100Base-Tx and 1-Port 100Base-Fx Ethernet switch belongs to GAO¡s family of Fiber Switches. This line includes a variety of products such as 1000M Dual Port Media Converter which conducts mutual conversion between 1000Base-T twisted pair electrical signal and 1000Base-SX/LX optical signal, 6 Port 10/100Base-TX Ethernet Switch with 1 Port 100Base-FX Uplink and 6 Port 10/100Base-TX Ethernet Switch with 2 Port 100Base-FX Uplink.
