Tony Horton, the master behind the best-selling fitness program, "P90X," will kick off 2012 by revving up the crowd at the Walt Disney World Half Marathon, and Disney Kids Races. Tony says, "It's important to start off the New Year with something that challenges your level of fitness and keeps you focused on healthy living. It's great that Cigna and runDisney have joined efforts to offer such a great event for all members of the family."

In addition, Tony will offer two of his famous workouts at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Sports Experience venue. The workouts will be challenging but there will be modified moves so that almost everyone can participate. Tony stresses the importance of exercise, fitness and a healthy lifestyle. "Every day, you have the option to improve your health. By making the healthy choice, you will see immediate improvements and life just gets better. It's that simple."

Tony is honored to join runners from Cigna, including CEO, David Cordani to help guide wounded veterans from the Achilles Freedom Team at the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. The Cigna Foundation made it possible for members of Achilles International to take part in this race. "These are courageous individuals who have fought proudly for our country. It is a huge privilege to be involved in this event."

Horton speaks widely on fitness, exercise, and nutrition and has trained professional athletes, U.S. military personnel, members of Congress and celebrities such as Bruce Springsteen, Usher, Tom Petty, Billy Idol, Annie Lennox, Rob Lowe, Sean Connery and Shirley MacLaine.
