Ellis is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (J.D., 2004; M.B.A., 2004) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., 1998).
Walraven is a commercial litigator and works with Bell Nunnally's Litigation, Intellectual Property and Creditors' Rights groups. She represents companies and individuals in business disputes involving claims such as breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and patent infringement. Walraven also represents corporate creditors in collection of defaulted loans; foreclosure of secured properties; perfection of lien claims; and lawsuits based on promissory notes, guarantees, and unpaid accounts. She is a graduate of Baylor University (J.D., 2004) and Stephens College (B.S., 1996).
Wisenbaker practices in the firm's Litigation and Creditors' Rights groups. He concentrates on general commercial litigation, handling oil and gas, securities and real estate disputes, creditors' rights litigation, landlord and tenant issues and diverse business and contract cases. His clients include homeowner's associations, residential and commercial contractors, small business owners, oil and gas exploration companies, banks, financial institutions and mid-size to large business organizations. Wisenbaker is a graduate of Washington University School of Law (J.D., 2004) and Austin College (B.A., 2000).
