STAFFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND, September 24, 2010 (Press-News.org) The forthcoming sale at Unit 5, Midsomer Enterprise Park, Radstock Road, Bath BA3 2BB on 30 September 2010, by the leading plant and machinery auctioneers within the food industry - Pro Auction - is one of a continuing series of sales of quality kitchen and catering process equipment. Following instructions from Cater Time we are proud to offer an extensive selection of medium duty catering equipment and the contents of a catering process kitchen. Viewing is strictly by arrangement with the auctioneers.

Among the 180 or so lots available are a range of quality used catering process equipment by manufacturers that include Hobart, Stott, Moffatt, Bodum, Falcon, Moorwood and Convotherm. Falcon Dominator and Moorwood Vulcan ovens and 6 burner gas ranges sit alongside gas fired Zanussi Professional JG-G 480 NG Jet Grill and Falcon Steakhouse salamanders. There are various models of Convotherm oven, Falcon hotplates and a selection of griddles by a variety of manufacturers, different sizes of fryer by Parry, Pitco, Zanussi and others. A broad range of refrigeration and freezer plant complements the rest of the stock and helps to provide such a useful and extensive range of kitchen and catering plant. We have no doubt that this equipment is ideally suited to fully equipping a new kitchen or to upgrade an existing operation.

Also in the auction is other associated equipment and mixed lots of both new and used sundries. Including stainless steel preparation tables - some with drawers, mobile electric plate stacker/warmers, a Wen Wei 32 tray glass fronted portable dough prover, new Castey 32cm deep casserole Teflon pots and Enjoy thermal food servers for oven and microwave. Other new items include Le Club oval orange 28cm Zodiac casserole pots and full pallets of various glasses tumblers, wine glasses and spirits glasses, 640mm X 400mm stainless steel cooling wires and a large quantity of various cutlery and crockery.
