One Thousand Ocean featured as stunning backdrop for magazine's fall fashion spread

Boca Raton Magazine selects new oceanfront condominium for Fall 2010 10-page fashion feature.

2010-09-24
BOCA RATON, FL, September 24, 2010 (Press-News.org) When Boca Raton Magazine was seeking locations to photograph its September-October 2010 "30th Anniversary" issue, one venue strongly stood out: One Thousand Ocean. The publication's staff recognized that the new, uniquely modern condominium building in Boca Raton, which is situated on the tip of private peninsula surrounded on three sides by water, would provide a stunning backdrop to showcase fall fashions for its readers.

The resulting 10 pages in the magazine, including its front cover, feature photographs of a female model posed in various areas throughout One Thousand Ocean. In each instance, one can see the astounding ocean views.

Jamie Telchin, president of development with LXR Luxury Resorts, watched One Thousand Ocean come to life and knew that the panoramas from the building - as well as the architecture that incorporates reinforced concrete, steel, stone, glass and wood - would be ideally suited for the photo shoot.

"The building is in a class by itself - very stylish and unique in its nautilus-shaped design, with a location that would be difficult to replicate. "Not surprisingly, since its inception One Thousand Ocean has been a leader in new condominium sales in South Florida and it continues to attract sophisticated, affluent primary and vacation-home buyers who want a total lifestyle experience in a world-class waterfront location," he said.

Situated adjacent to LXR's Boca Raton Resort & Club's Boca Beach Club and just across Intracoastal from the main resort, the location is especially convenient for residents of One Thousand Ocean who are or who become private resort members.

One Thousand Ocean offers a collection of one- and two-story Beach Villas, and one-story Residences and Penthouses averaging approximately 4,000 square feet of interior space, plus approximately 1,200 square feet of terraces. Prices are from approximately
$3 million to $15 million.

For further information about One Thousand Ocean, visit http://www.onethousandocean.com or call the Sales & Design Center at (561) 869-5000 to schedule a private showing.
