I wanted to create a reference book that covered many of the holistic tools that are available to us, along with focusing on which foods can helps maintain or better our health," shares Alice McCall.

Approximately 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. In 2009 alone, there was an estimated 192,320 new cases reported in the United States. For those seeking natural methods of healing and prevention Alice McCall offers practical advice and hope.

"It is my goal that Wellness Wisdom offers hope and guidance to those that are afflicted with breast cancer or other diseases. Through using the tools outlined in the book, I went from cancer diagnosis to cancer-free in four months," states McCall. Wellness Wisdom is described as a reference book that gives the 'how to's' of natural health and healing from spiritual aspects of healing, diet and nutrition, to holistic healthcare practices and protocols. I want to help someone pull all the pieces together that are needed to maintain health or heal disease."
