Not just cooking to entertain but cooking to keep your family healthy and happy. My latest book, "Everyday Family Dinners" is all about balanced entrees and is full of tips, tricks and strategies for working women. That's the same direction that I will take when cooking in 'The Balancing Act' Kitchen." Her perspective is perfect for viewers of O2 Media's "The Balancing Act" who want to save time and prepare healthy, complete meals.
"Our hope at O2 Media is that 'The Balancing Act' viewers will take the cooking information that they hear in the mornings and apply it to their evenings, especially when preparing a meal for themselves or their families.
