Mr. Dean Heinrich brings a unique perspective to Avant's Commercial Lending business. Dean's responsibilities include reviewing and giving consideration to new debt and equity requests at Avant.

Mr. Heinrich brings over twenty years of experience as a real estate investor. He understands the nuances related to completing deals both from a lenders and borrowers perspective. Mr. Heinrich's real estate experience encompasses repositioning underperforming properties, renovating existing structures, building new hi-end homes, and property management of various asset types and sizes. In addition to his real estate experience, Mr. Heinrich is also a partner in a successful Laundromat chain.

After graduating from Syracuse University with degrees in logistic and operations management, he held senior management positions in corporate America as well as having been involved in the start-up of several successful entrepreneurial ventures.
