The tournament runs from October 28th to 31st 2010 at the MINES Resort and Golf Club in Seri Kembangan, Selangor - just a short journey from the majority of Kuala Lumpur hotels.

It is a particularly important occasion, given that this is the first time a contest sanctioned by the PGA Tour has taken place in the Asia-Pacific region.

The top 25 available players from the tour's final FedEx Cup standings will compete in the tournament, alongside the ten best Asian players.

Local support should also be guaranteed as the organisers have assured fans that at least one Malaysian professional will be teeing off at the event.

With no halfway cut in place at the Asia Pacific Classic, people who attend the competition can be sure that their favourite players will be taking to the links on all four days.
