TAMARAC, FL, September 26, 2010 (Press-News.org) Just six months after PuroClean's newly appointed CEO, Lauren Reid, embarked on a 100-day tour to share his vision for the future of the company with franchisees across the county, the Leadership Team has hit the road once again to host a series of training seminars to give franchisees the knowledge and tools to catapult their businesses to the next level.
The regional training seminars will take place in 12 different cities for the duration of 2010, followed by 5 more in early 2011. PuroClean franchisees will receive instruction to fine-tune their business development skills as well as operational training related to handling large-scale natural disasters and commercial property damage emergencies.
"As a support center for a growing network of 300+ franchise offices, we are putting our money where our mouth is and delivering the kind of in-depth, specialized training in an intimate setting that is rare among franchise systems of our scale," said Reid. "When our franchisees return to work and apply what they learned from these sessions, we see the results instantly. They have the confidence to think big and strive to grow their businesses month over month."
The regional training program is the most recent company initiative since Reid's appointment in February 2010 that has brought PuroClean closer to becoming the No. 1 choice of insurance companies for property damage emergency mitigation services. A few months ago, PuroClean assembled a Business Development Division that focuses on educating national and regional insurance companies and property management companies about PuroClean's services and the network's capabilities in handling major national accounts and disaster recovery.
In addition to driving sales for local offices through insurance carriers at the regional and national level, PuroClean's home office had developed systems that streamline customer interaction and the documentation and management of every property loss that is handled by PuroClean so franchisees can focus on growing their businesses.
