Florida Real Estate Brokerage Recognizes Importance of International Buyers

In recognition of the ever increasing importance of international buyers, Coldwell Banker Feltrim will be attending two international property shows and has opened an overseas location in China.

The show will be taking place on March 31st from 9 am to 5 pm at the Pantages Hotel.

A Place in the Sun occurs twice a year in London and features thousands of overseas properties for sale by exhibitors from more than 40 countries worldwide. With the United Kingdom being among the top five countries investing in Florida real estate, this should provide beneficial exposure to those properties listed by Coldwell Banker Feltrim. A Place in the Sun Live overseas property exhibition takes place at Earls Court London 30th March - 1st April 2012.

Another country among the top five that are investing in Florida Real Estate is China. The increase in Chinese investments in not only US real estate, but Florida real estate has been exponential. As such, Coldwell Banker Feltrim recently opened a dedicated office in China and has hired Chinese speaking employee, Amanda Pang.
