Chicago Real Estate Company Dream Town Welcomes New Agents in July

CHICAGO, IL, September 26, 2010 (Press-News.org) Dream Town Realty, a Chicago real estate brokerage with an award-winning website and expanding agent base, announced the addition of several new realtors over the summer. Among the July recruits are Duane Peterson, Mason Barnes and CJ George. All three agents are now part of the company's slew of residential real estate consultants.

Duane Peterson is a long-time Chicago agent with 20 years experience in the local market. He has been through three recessions as a realtor and brings his wealth of first-hand knowledge to the table for Dream Town clients who are buying and selling homes in the current economic downturn.

"It makes one grow when you're in this kind of a difficult market," said Mr. Peterson. "I've dealt with tough times before and I can tap into that repertoire of experiences to help my clients achieve their goals in today's market."

Mr. Peterson has sold properties all over Chicago and its suburbs. His previous transactions span from the South Side to Evanston and Oak Park to the lakefront. Before getting his real estate license, Mr. Peterson was a marketing VP for a mutual fund company. His past responsibilities with individual stock brokers and the newly emerging concept of 401(k) options were an excellent foundation for his present work with real estate investors. Mr. Peterson says many of the same skills and business practices are useful when helping people understand and execute their own wealth-building plans through buying and selling homes.

"I try to be as ethical and honest as I possibly know how to be," Mr. Peterson said. "I've always been told by my clients that they believe what I tell them and trust that I am acting in their best interests. It's important to me to treat people with the same respect, integrity and candor I would give my own family member if they were buying or selling with me."

Mason Barnes is another agent who is new to Dream Town. He specializes in buyer and seller representation for residential sales in the Chicago area. In his career, Mr. Barnes has worked with everyone from conventional homeowners and house hunters to real estate investors and renters.

"I want every single one of my clients to be successful and happy in their next real estate venture," said Mr. Barnes. "I try to take the intimidation and stress out of this process by educating, guiding and walking them through each step with honesty, integrity and loyalty."
