They are being retailed through Amazon.com through his own Amazon sub-company as well as several other online retailers. He has a wholesale distribution network started on his new website and has also set up retail marketing at various South Florida gourmet and seafood markets.

The Mario Batali Foundation today announced a leadership grant of $25,000 to First Star, a national charity which advocates on behalf of abused and neglected children.
