Author Jeanette Michelle welcomes Poet/Spoken Word artist Imani Rhema to the Dark Mantis Talk Show

Imani Rhema is a locally well known Spoken Word Artist in the Nashville Tennessee who will share her journey and career in being a Poet/Spoke Word Artist on the Dark Mantis Talk.

ANTIOCH, TN, April 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) Imani Rhema is a Native of Nashville Tennessee and has become the city's most prolific poet and spoke word artist. Imani is scheduled to appear on the Dark Mantis talk show to share her views and experience as a poet/spoken word artist and explain the meaning of the name "Imani Rhema". Host of the Dark Mantis Talk, Jeanette Michelle met Imani Rhema over a year ago at "Nashville Social Exchange" and was impressed with this phenomenal woman, poet/spoke word artist.

Imani has been a poet for 12 years. Her quest to find a place where she can share the gift of poetry and spoken word began in 2007. She started her own venue, Soul Food Poetry Cafe. This award winning showcase found several places for this event; the last being Nashville Social Exchange. Imani has partnered with the Hard Rock Cafe to present SFPC's 2nd spoken word Awards show honoring artists, venues and organizations promoting the art of poetry in Nashville Tennessee.

Imani Rhema's pre-recorded interview will Air Wednesday, April 4th 2012 at 9pm VIA the Dark Mantis Talk Show.
