CALGARY, AB, April 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) With home prices in the Greater Phoenix area on the rise due to improved supply and demand fundamentals, Capstone Real Estate Corporation has announced the closing date for new investment into for the Saguaro Series 2 Phoenix real estate fund will be June 30, 2012.
There are still opportunities to be had in the Phoenix market; but in order to protect the equity already established in the fund, management felt that closing the fund to new investment was appropriate and necessary. It's not too late to invest. Investors who invest in the next 3 months will also have the opportunity to fully participate in the funds established track record of success.
Saguaro Series 2 is the second phase in Capstone's Saguaro investment ventures, in which Single Family Revenue Homes are purchased and rented out in the Greater Phoenix Area. Saguaro Series 1 launched in early 2010 and sold out in a few short months. Capstone's "Property Screening Matrix" purchase program has thrived with a total of 131 single family revenue homes already purchased between their Series 1 & 2 funds.
Ryan Hittel, Business Development Manager for Capstone Real Estate commented, "The measureable housing statistics are pointing in the right direction for a continued housing recovery in the Phoenix area. This is great news for our investors. We've announced a closing date to ensure that anyone who's interested in investing with this project has the opportunity to invest before the market is too far into recovery."
