MIDDLETOWN, NJ, September 28, 2010 (Press-News.org) Howard Lee Edwards is a professional songwriter and recording artist who blends elements of pop and blues to create a sound that is truly unique. His brand new single "Got Me Wasted" showcases this blend of genres and his current direction as an artist. "As we grow as musicians we get closer to finding our own sound. I think I'm getting close to finding mine. It's an exciting process."
All the instruments on "Got Me Wasted", including the vocals, were performed by Howard Lee himself. "With each song I write I have a clear vision of what role each instrument will play in the song. I feel that by having complete control over the song I'm able to better express myself as an artist. It's the way I work as a songwriter. Everyone has their own method to their madness."
"Got Me Wasted" is from Howard Lee's new album which is scheduled to be released in 2011 by WaveRock recorded. A tour is currently being planned to support the new album. "I'm looking forward to getting new music out to my fans. I'm very porud of the new material and hope the fans get as much enjoyment out of listening to the songs as I did writing and recording them."
