Scully Company has purchased Stirling Court apartments in Mount Laurel, New Jersey for approx. $8.8 million dollars.

The 88-unit multi-family community was originally part of the Larchmont Village I Development. It is situated off Route 38 just 2 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 295. Stirling Court consists of one-bedroom and one-bedroom with den garden-style apartments averaging 950 square feet.
