The 88-unit multi-family community was originally part of the Larchmont Village I Development. It is situated off Route 38 just 2 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 295. Stirling Court consists of one-bedroom and one-bedroom with den garden-style apartments averaging 950 square feet.
The community, which is minutes from Scully's 360-unit Hunters Chase in Marlton, adds to their portfolio in Southern New Jersey. Scully also owns and manages Hamilton Greene in Mays Landing, NJ.
