2012-05-15
BEAUCOUZE, FRANCE, May 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Evolis renews its range of desktop printers thanks to Primacy, a new card printer that is easy to operate, yet very flexible and extremely rapid. This ID card printer benefits from the latest encoding technologies and stands as the perfect choice to deliver sophisticated cards on-site.

Primacy supports any requirement in card printing and encoding, in medium to large runs. It provides the flexibility to meet any customer requirements: ID cards, loyalty cards, health cards, transportation passes, payment cards...

The most flexible and powerful ID card printer

Primacy can meet any user evolving requirements thanks to a dual-sided option that can be upgraded on-site. This flexible printer can also be fitted with additional options at any time, when magnetic and contact/contactless encoding are required.

This ID card printer proves a real difference when it comes to quality of printing and quick card issuance. Primacy is the fastest printer in its category and can print up to 210 one-sided color cards per hour, and up to 140 in the dual-sided mode. Primacy is equipped with 100-card capacity input and output hoppers, conveniently located at the front of the printer, to easily monitor the production of cards.

Evolis has also paid close attention to the operating environment. Primacy is a silent printer and benefits from reduced energy consumption. Primacy benefits from the ergonomic software "Evolis Premium Suite", which enables the card printer to communicate instantly with the user.

"We continue to innovate and adapt our products to the market demand. All these new features make Primacy the best ID card printer for projects which require an easy-to-use and powerful printer, and yet one that delivers high-quality and encoded cards in large quantities." said Christophe Peraudeau, Evolis Product Manager.
