In his new position, Miller will use his nine years of experience to oversee the design and review of traffic control plans.
A native of central Pennsylvania, Miller received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Penn State in State College, Pa. in 2002. Prior to joining SEPI Engineering & Construction, he held civil engineering positions in the private sector as well as with the work zone traffic control unit with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). Miller resides in Raleigh with his wife, Suzanne and their son.
