DENVER, CO, May 24, 2012 (Press-News.org) Today, RGL Forensics announced that it was ranked as one of the 2012 Top 100 Accounting Firms in the U.S. by Accounting Today for the fourth consecutive year. RGL is the only firm on the list that is dedicated exclusively to forensic accounting.
The list acknowledges the top revenue-producing accounting firms within the U.S. focusing on the categories A&A, Tax, MAS and "other." Fraud and forensics, as well as business valuation were the highest ranking niche services in the Accounting Today list, making RGL stand out as the top niche accounting firm in the U.S.
"Forensic accounting, fraud investigation and business valuation are rapidly expanding services of the financial industry," said RGL Forensics Chief Operating Officer Angie MacPhee. "Most accounting firms dedicate a small department of one to five accountants to manage these areas, where we dedicate our entire business to the specialty. This produces professionals with experience and a corporate culture of collaboration."
RGL ranked 72 on the list of Top 100 Accounting Firms in the U.S. This is the fourth year that RGL is listed and the company continues to show dramatic growth with 6.43 percent growth from 2011 to 2012 and the addition of an 18th office located in Chicago.
All lists, as well as an analysis of the state of the accounting industry, can be found in the March issue of Accounting Today.
