RALEIGH, NC, June 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dan Fields, principal of BJAC Raleigh, pa (http://bjac.com/), an architectural firm offering professional architectural and design services to healthcare, education, municipal and research clients, has announced that he and fellow BJAC principal Jennifer Amster will speak at the upcoming Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) lunch meeting on Wednesday, June 27 at the Brier Creek Country Club, 9400 Club Hill Drive, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The presentation will focus on the decision to either start new or renovate when involved in a building project. Amster and Fields will discuss methods to assess whether to renovate existing facilities or build new ones by identifying project issues and objectives, understanding and addressing program compromises, and weighing a variety of factors and influence such as location, cost and operations.
