On August 4th 2012, Atlanta Plays Host to the First Annual Celebrity NuFitU Community Event

YORK, PA, June 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) On August 4th, 2012, Dr. Frances Glenn and BET's 106 & Park/Lens on Talent's R&B artist "JeBron" joins Exchange Park Recreation Center and your favorite entertainment and sports celebrities at the Exchange Park Recreation Center in Decatur, GA to lend their support and stories on healthy eating for the Atlanta, GA community. The Official title of this event is "NuFitU" and that is the mission. Many celebrities, healthy food companies, and health organizations have already signed on to support this great community initiative.

Atlanta Blaze (WBA) Team Owner/Operator, Al Breed will be in attendance to talk to the community about the importance of nutrition, strength training, conditioning and wellness. His accolades include, MVP of the Clark-Atlanta University Basketball Shootout, Original member of MC Breed-Platinum Selling Music Group, Film Credits (i.e. Rap the Movie and Dollar), Mentoring at Risk Youth, and Participating in Celebrity Basketball tournaments and Pro-am leagues across the country. His mission is bring an exciting brand of basketball and entertainment to the community.

Entertainment Icons like Legendary Dance/Rap Group "Oaktowns 357" are big supporters of fitness and nutrition.
We will introduce an Exclusive of their new Hip-Hop Healthy project "Workout 357". The workout has gained national recognition from such magazines as Sister 2 Sister Magazine, Allhiphop.com & Hip-Hop Weekly.

Other confirmed attendees are Tammie Leady-one of the hottest faces in fitness. She has an extensive fitness background as a Certified Personal Trainer, Model, Actress and IFBB Figure/Fitness Professional. The World Basketball

Association often abbreviated to the WBA, which is a professional men's spring basketball league in the United States, which prepares players to play in the CBA, NBA D-League, NBA, and international scouts. Millions of Americans with different disease states could benefit from the clinical skills of their community pharmacists, as well as, access to their local pharmacies for support in managing; Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Obesity, High Cholesterol and Cancer. However, Pharmacist/Business Manager "Dr.Frances Glenn" feels that prevention is much better than having to cure a disease state and that healthy eating, fitness, and positive mental status can result in having ultimate well being.

This year's event will be focused on specifically encouraging the Georgia Community where our youth and adults are rapidly declining in their health. Also, what we have discovered over the years, is that in order to obtain ultimate health you must self-educate or obtain that information through education. Thus, eating the right foods, exercising, and maintaining a positive thought status contributes to an individual's ultimate health and well being.

Moreover, our goal for the "NuFitU" event is to bring Atlanta's top Celebrities, Fitness/Dance Instructors, Healthy

Food Experts, and Healthy Venues to one place, in order to bring to our communities a "Healthy Experience".

This day will include teaching on how to cook and obtain healthy foods in our area including; organic, raw, vegan, vegetarian, and fresh juices to heal/sustain the body. Health care professionals will be available for questions and health testing. Lastly, our celebrities will be there to motivate, educate, as well as demonstrate, what it takes to bring this full circle.
