Sparians takes over management of existing bowling center under new name

MT. PLEASANT, SC, June 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) Effective May 2012, Sparians in Raleigh's North Hills is pleased to announce a second location in Charleston, SC and will be called Sparians@riverbowlcharleston. The location was previously Twin River Lanes and Matty's Sports Bar until it was acquired in 2011 and underwent major renovations by the new owners in early 2012. It was later renamed River Bowl & Bistro until coming under new management by Sparians in May.

"We are excited to be in the Charleston market as it is one of the top destination cities in the US" says Chris Angel, Managing Partner of Sparians. After the recent changes, Sparians@riverbowlcharleston has been transformed into the new trend in the bowling industry with plush couches, special effects audio video and lighting, and service to the lanes. "The bowling boutique concept is geared towards fun loving adults, families, and groups to provide a fun, interactive experience in a comfortable atmosphere that is different from the traditional alleys of the past" says Angel.

Sparians@riverbowlcharleston offers a large arcade with high definition video games, merchandise machines and a redemption center. The Sports bar area has been renovated with new TV's, projection screen and is the place to catch your favorite sports action. The menu has been revamped to provide social, sharable food with over 80% of the menu at $10 or under. Sparians@riverbowlcharleston offers a private room and lanes for groups to meet, eat and compete in a single venue. This will be an exciting addition to the Charleston area with this new, unique entertainment venue.
