DOYLESTOWN, PA, June 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) Bencardino Excavating (www.bencardino.com), a full-service excavating company in Bucks County, Pa. owned by Louis A. Bencardino, has added nine-year employee and site foreman Chris Cannon to its Safety Committee.
The excavation company's Safety Committee, comprised of five Bencardino Excavating employees, is dedicated to planning and executing regular employee workshops and trainings to ensure that all employees remain safe while on the jobsite. Recently, the group participated in a first-aid and CPR training. In the past, the group has held hand signal safety trainings and organized safety programs with insurance companies. On an ongoing basis, the committee ensures that the Bencardino Excavating crew stays up-to-speed on the latest industry regulations and protocols for everyday work.
According to Lou Bencardino, "As a site foreman, Chris makes sure that each project runs smoothly and that all employees are safe. Training and safety are top priorities at Bencardino Excavating, thus the creation of the Safety Committee - which is a natural fit for Chris. He and the rest of the committee have done a great job spearheading many worthy initiatives for our employees - their work is invaluable and integral for keeping us all out of harm's way."
