Celebrate In Pink Launches "Who's Got the Plate" Fundraiser Campaign

Celebrate in Pink announces fun way to raise money during the month of October for TigerLily Foundation

BURKE, VA, October 01, 2010

Celebrate in Pink is pleased to announce a fun campaign that will run for the month of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The "Who's Got the Plate" campaign will feature folks from all walks of life sharing their reasons to celebrate in pink. Each day, new clips will be posted on YouTube (YouTube.com/user/CelebrateInPink), FaceBook (Facebook.com/CelebrateInPink), Twitter (Twitter.com/CelebrateInPink) and CelebrateInPink.com.

On October 31, Celebrate In Pink will make a $50 donation to The Tigerlily Foundation in the name of each of the top three partiers with the most views on YouTube. "We're putting a face to the plate to bring awareness to the many women in need of financial help to fight breast cancer" says Kathy McEvoy, Founder, Celebrate In Pink and breast cancer survivor.
Celebrate In Pink is encouraging others to get involved in the campaign too. They will send a plate to every partier who sponsors an entry by donating $50 to TigerLily. Upon receiving that partier's video it will also be posted.

Tigerlily Foundation's mission is to educate, empower, advocate for and support young women affected by breast cancer. They accomplish this through their Chemo Buddy Program, At Home Program, Funds for Families and Fearless Female Program. Visit them at TigerLilyFoundation.org. They are located in Reston, VA.
