Mesa Boxing Gym Introduces Boxing Fitness Bootcamp

1on1 Boxing Fitness's Boxing Fitness Bootcamp offers a fun, unique and effective way to get in shape.

MESA, AZ, October 01, 2010 (Press-News.org) 1on1 Boxing, Mesa's premier boxing and fitness facility, is pleased to announce the Boxing Fitness Bootcamp.

The Boxing Fitness Bootcamp is a 12-week fitness program that mixes basic boxing workouts with circuit and interval training to provide an all over workout that offers the benefits of fat loss, increased speed and strength, greater flexibility, improved endurance and better coordinator.

"I want to created a fun, unique workout that replicates training professional boxers undergo when preparing for a fight," said 1on1 Boxing Fitness owner, former professional boxer and certified conditioning specialist Christopher Terry.

"Boxing offers cardio, strength and flexibility training all in one, helping you get into shape quickly, efficiently and effectively."

The Bootcamp workout combines body weight exercises, supersets, trisets as well as interval training. Participants train with dumbbells, medicine and stability balls, kettle bells as well as heavy bags, speed bags and timing balls.

In addition to a workout regime, the Boxing Fitness Bootcamp also offers body composition analysis, meal planning, supplementation recommendations and workout tracking.

The Boxing Fitness Boot camp is offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 a.m., 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m., 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. The initial Boxing Fitness Bootcamp workout and body assessment is $20 and then $99 a month for unlimited boot camp workouts.
