Sands has been brought into the agency from a posting in San Francisco, the web innovation centre of the world, to lead the growth aspirations of CDAA.
"I am excited by the challenges around rapidly growing a business, and CDAA is in that mode now. Being the only company based in Asia Pacific that is a DotNetNuke Gold Partner is a unique position that I am keen to leverage as we prepare CDAA clients for the trend of accessing the web from mobile devices and other developments in user behaviour," Sands said.
Sands brings 13 years of IT and global marketing experience to the senior management team alongside CEO Gerard O'Connor and Director Colville Nette.
Sands' first addition to growing the Sales and Marketing team is the appointment of Danielle Tessari as Digital Marketer. Tessari comes to CDAA from the media industry having worked in client focused roles in the travel, lifestyle, government and health industries in the UK and Australia.
"The addition of Danielle to the team ensures we are able to offer our clients a high level of digital marketing strategy services. We are here to leverage the full potential of the web to realize tangible results for our clients in terms of search engine optimisation, paid search and social media," said Sands.
Tessari added "Digital marketing, especially social media, can be daunting for businesses. Our primary goal is to make this experience much easier for busy business leaders to quantify."
