DENVER, CO, July 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) From fabric to fine china, coffee tables to curio cabinets, and books to bar carts, home decor is an art that inspires. And local tastemakers Katie Agron and Molly Simons know this all too well. The duo is pleased to announce the launch of their first retail location, MK Style (http://www.shopmkstyle.com). Brimming with vintage treasures, authentic antiques and modern accessories, MK Style offers a fresh take on old favorites. Opening this month in Denver's popular South Pearl district, the home furnishing and interiors boutique is a welcomed addition to Colorado's retail landscape, showcasing hard-to-find designers, niche brands and style-driven decor.
The brainchild of well-known designer/developer Katie Wolfe Agron and Denver based style expert Molly Simons, MK Style carries traditional furniture with a contemporary twist against a decidedly chic backdrop. Filled with colorful accessories, classic gifts, swanky decor and elegant linens, the store offers a mix of high style, from mid-century modern to east coast preppy.
"Denver is filled with classic neighborhoods and stylish homeowners. Whether they dwell in Wash Park, Hilltop, Cherry Hills or Crestmoor, design-savvy shoppers are looking for fresh ways to personalize and update their homes," co-owner and designer Katie Wolfe Agron attests. "MK Style delivers a fun, fashion-forward and approachable option when it comes to furnishings and decor," she finished.
More than just a furniture store, MK Style will also offer a curated collection of gifts, tableware, linens and other accoutrement. What's more, the shop boasts a comprehensive gift registry program, whereby anyone can create a wish list, be it for a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday or simply just because.
MK Style's Katie Wolfe Agron and Molly Simons are available for interviews and expert commentary on home style, trends and design. For more information, high-resolution photography, or to schedule a media preview appointment, please contact betsy@betsymartinmedia.com.
