Vistra Shortlisted For Major Industry Award

Vistra has been shortlisted for the 2012 STEP Private Client Awards in the Owner-Managed Trust Team of the Year category.

LONDON, ENGLAND, July 11, 2012 (Press-News.org) Vistra, the international trust and fiduciary services provider, has been shortlisted for the 2012 STEP Private Client Awards in the Owner-Managed Trust Team of the Year category

Potential winners of this coveted award needed to demonstrate to the judges a genuinely innovative, international and independent approach to business across a range of categories.
Today Vistra employs around 350 employees in 23 offices covering 19 jurisdictions, with each of its offices providing the full range of fund, trust , corporate and estate planning solutions.

Over the past twelve months, in addition to acquisitions in the Benelux countries and a new office in Mauritius , Vistra has won a licence to offer trust services from Bonaire, has purchased Herald Fund Services in Jersey, established its own trust operation in Singapore, acquired Cynosure in China and established a new fund administration business in Hong Kong.

This growth will play an important part in supporting future private placement trust business.
Vistra Group focuses on emerging markets and specifically targets Asia, Middle East and CIS with carefully designed bespoke offerings to offer clients tax mitigation, privacy, asset protection, strong corporate governance and succession planning benefits.
