Better Business Bureau serving Eastern North Carolina names the top 10 businesses with the most unanswered complaints during the first six months of 2012. BBB closed 4,237 complaints against businesses in eastern North Carolina during the first half of 2012. Among these complaints, the following businesses accounted for nearly 12 percent of BBB serving Eastern NC's 654 unanswered complaints:Affordable Multimedia, a web hosting company in Raleigh, has 14 unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. The majority of complaints deal with customer service issues, including the company being unresponsive towards consumers.
Blueberry Forest Inc., a toy retailer based in Chapel Hill, has 10 unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Complaints often deal with delivery issues, including consumers' not receiving merchandise within the time frame they were originally promised or never at all. The company has also been unresponsive towards consumers.
All Around Sports, LLC, a sporting goods store based in Morrisville, has eight unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Some complaints deal with delivery issues, including consumers' not receiving merchandise within the time frame they were promised. Other complaints concern consumers who have received incorrect products.
Scootworks, Inc., a motorcycle part supplier located in Zebulon, has eight unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Most complaints concern exchange and refund issues, while other complaints deal with delivery issues, including consumers' not receiving merchandise within the time frame they were promised.
Titan Fitness North Carolina LLC/Gold's Gym, a health club based in Raleigh, has eight unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Complaints typically deal with contract issues, including consumers' having difficulties with cancellations.
Beyond Communications, a telecommunication company in Cary, has seven unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. The majority of complaints deal with service issues, including technicians' failing to show up at scheduled appointments. Other complaints concern billing and collection issues.
Broadlink/DSS, Internet service providers located in Pinehurst, has six unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Many complaints deal with billing and collection issues, including consumers' continuing to be charged after following procedures to cancel their contracts. Other complaints concern customer service issues.
Butterfly Lady, entomologists located in Willow Spring, has six unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Most complaints deal with delivery issues, as customers are not receiving merchandise within the promised time frame. Other complaints concern customers who are upset because the caterpillars they ordered were not alive when they arrived and they are requesting a refund from the company.
Sagan Enterprises, a photography sales company in Cary, has six unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Complaints often deal with delivery issues, including consumers' not receiving merchandise within the time frame they were promised or never at all. The company has also been unresponsive towards consumers.
Top to Bottom Roofing & Home Improvement Co., roofers in Raleigh, has five unanswered complaints and an "F" rating with BBB. Most complaints deal with contract issues, as the company is collecting deposits for jobs, but never completing the work.
