BKD Announces Supervising Consultant Promotion

Diltz promoted for ability to grow BKD's client base and deliver unmatched client service.

SPRINGFIELD, MO, July 14, 2012 (Press-News.org) Michael Burlew, BKD, LLP managing partner, announces the promotion of Christopher Diltz to Supervising Consultant. Diltz delivers unmatched client service, embraces change and shows dedication to the firm's values and the accounting industry. He assumed the new role on May 1, 2012.

Career paths at BKD are divided into levels, and each position is defined by its own set of duties, responsibilities and competencies requiring cumulative and advanced degrees of education, training and experience. Personnel also must demonstrate their leadership abilities as coaches and mentors, as well as active community members. Individuals become candidates for promotion after successfully mastering their existing level.

"Chris exhibits clear technical acumen and value helping clients learn and use technology," Burlew said. "This is an important career milestone that brings with it additional opportunities and challenges."

Diltz assists clients with network and system guidance, implementation, project management and software training and support with Sage products. He is a 2003 graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, with a B.S. degree in computer information systems.
