OXFORD, AUSTRALIA, July 18, 2012 (Press-News.org) An Australian third party real estate organization has shown numbers that reveals increasing median house prices in the suburbs, urging buyers to opt for properties in places like Balwyn, Camberwell and East Malvern. Fletchers Real Estate chairman Tim Fletcher also added that buyers get more value for their money when they buy houses at the suburbs compared to other flashy neighborhoods.
"This is a good opportunity for investors who are looking into suburb properties," Australian property investor Rick Otton said.
These are challenging times, and people want more value for their money, according to him, that is why buyers' preferences change depending on the current financial climate.
"If you get to choose between buying a strip of land with a simple house in the town centre and a big house with a big lawn and garage—both at the same price, which one would you pick? It's all about how much your money is worth. The answer here is obvious, which works well for suburb property investors," he added.
Rick Otton is one of the key figures in the Australian property market and has been giving investment property tips for beginners in the real estate business. He provides property investing seminar where he teaches his students strategies and techniques that are innovative but effective.
"Investors need to adapt their way of thinking according to what is happening in the real estate market. It is not a static business, in fact everything changes by the second so the players must be aware of every shift in the market," he said.
In his recently released property book how to buy a house for $1, Rick Otton discussed the strategies he has developed and improved for over the years, the same strategies he used to build his fortune today.
"I want to share what I have accomplished and how I did it to those who are willing to embrace new ideas. This real estate book reveals how to buy and sell houses fast, without the hassles of traditional lending restrictions," he added.
According to Mr. Otton, most people don't want to be bothered with the paperwork and strict bank requirements, hence the rising popularity of these property options.
"Buyers should never be hindered by lack of cash or rejected loans. I always believe that a house that is easy to buy is easy to sell. I have introduced several techniques on how to buy houses for only a dollar, and the increasing value of suburban houses is a great opportunity for investors to make profit through buy and sell," he explained.
