She also served as a records analyst in the Office of Admissions at Pepperdine University, where she prepared applicant files for review, communicated with prospective students and their previous schools and was involved in the enrollment process. She earned her bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University, where she studied public health education and minored in gerontology.
