New Features for ONELAN's Data Collection Engine

In response to customer demand, ONELAN's Data Collection Engine (DCE) v 3.1 now has several new features that both increase functionality and reduce costs

HENLEY ON THAMES, UK, July 21, 2012 (Press-News.org) The key features of ONELAN's DCE v 3.1 include

 * Exchange server 2010 support for room booking calendar events and emails.  Results can be displayed using a variety of included Calendar and Diary media.  Exchange Server 2003/7 remains supported.

 * Enhanced support and configuration for the existing range of Connectors including Microsoft Excel, databases, text and XML.

 * Enhancements to colours on Diary and Timeline media to reflect contemporary design colour schemes.

 * Additional configuration options for stock media to assist with customisation providing a broader range of cheaper media for customers. This reduces the need for expensive bespoke media development.

* Enhanced existing Diary and Timeline media to use a contemporary colour scheme.

The Exchange Business Connector unlocks and displays room and resource bookings to allow more efficient use of resources, without interruption to users and administrators.
Standard Templates provide a wide variety of options for displaying booking and availability information. Templates for monthly overviews or individual booking details will get you up and running quickly, but still provide the flexibility to promote your existing brand style.Real-time updates enable all the digital displays to be kept up to date immediately, including last second changes made by administrators at the desktop, using their standard office tools.
