About Dr. Marcia Martinez: Dr. Marcia Martinez maintains a passion in dentistry since beginning her dental career in 1995 and opened her practice in 2001. Dr. Martinez is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping people smile every day. On a daily basis she is grateful to provide her patients with beautiful and healthy smiles. This is a family tradition, as Dr. Marcia Martinez grew up observing her father, Dr. Julio Martinez, and mother, RDH Lilliam, work together to improve the lives of their patients. Dr. Martinez's father instilled the love of taking care of the patient in her. Both of her parents were born in Cuba, seeking freedom for their family they moved to Florida in 1968. Dr. Martinez is the youngest of three siblings and was born and raised in Orlando making her a native to the area. She attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry, where she graduated with her DMD in 1999. After graduation Dr. Martinez followed her husband to his business in Boston, only to return to her hometown of Orlando in 2001. She took over her father's practice, allowing him to retire knowing his patients would be well cared for.
