RALEIGH, NC, July 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) Bruce Clarke, president and CEO of CAI (http://www.capital.org), a human resource management firm that helps organizations maximize employee engagement while minimizing employer liability, announced that the company will host its 2012 Compensation and Benefits Conference on Tuesday, Aug. 28 from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday, Aug. 29 from 8:45 a.m. to noon at the McKimmon Center located at 1101 Gorman St. in Raleigh. Suggested attendees include human resources professionals, compensation and benefits professionals, company executives and all professionals involved in the decision making and implementation of compensation and benefits programs for employers of all industries and sizes.

The conference will help participants understand emerging trends in compensation, benefits and total rewards, and how these trends affect their businesses. Additionally, attendees will receive the latest updates on health care reform and information regarding ways to develop a quality wellness program to attract, retain and engage top talent. Regarding retirement, participants will discover the unique needs of different generations and how to assist them in reaching their retirement goals.
