After receiving his Masters degree in Public Health at Tulane University, Dr. Stall moved to Philadelphia in 1979 to attend one of the top five dental schools in the nation - the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Upon completing her dental degree, Dr. Mastaj was accepted into a general practice residency program at York Hospital and received her post-graduate specialty training in orthodontics from Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
