SANTA MONICA, CA, August 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) U Buy It Inc. announces the grand opening of its new flagship gift showroom in Culver City. The 800 sq ft space is designed to provide an intimate and functional shopping environment away from the traffic of Downtown Los Angeles.
"As a multi-line showroom, we cater to accounts across the globe, but our monthly showroom visits usually consist of local retail vendors on the Westside, so we wanted to create an additional space that was inviting, and comfortable away from the downtown hustle and bustle," said UBI Showroom sales rep Susan Kine. "We're already a destination for buyers on the Westside so we thought why not open up a destination showroom closer to our walk in customers. The holiday season is the perfect time for us to reach out to vendors and make it even easier for them to get to us."
The opening of the new Los Angeles flagship showroom coincides with the launching of their "We Present Independent" Holiday 12 assortment, a campaign featuring holiday gift pieces from upcoming studio designers.
The unique layout of UBI's showroom features distinct display areas for their gift, home, childrenswear, and apparel lines with products on display for the current season as well as upcoming season previews. Keeping with the theme of comfort and familiarity, the front area of the Los Angeles showroom has a full maintenance tea bar where vendors can enjoy a relaxing drink while they write orders.
The showroom boasts ceiling to floor windows that offers a wonderful view of the business district's floral gardens and a conference room for formal meetings that opens to the showroom when not in use. There is also free parking for U Buy It Inc. visitors and a cafe next to the space that offers a range of brunch and lunch offerings.
"It's really a place where you want to come and shop, without the headache of a park and walk experience," explains Kine.
