(SCAS), into their national Sales Affiliate network.

Microsoft Dynamics established the Master VAR program in October 2011 with the intention of building mutually beneficial business relationships between ERP partners. Socius was named one of three Master VARs in the US and has since been building a nation-wide group of Sales Affiliate organizations who continue to sell to and service their existing customers and grow their individual businesses with the support of Socius' business development processes, marketing efforts, brand recognition, and Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Network.

"It is a privilege to welcome SCAS as a Socius Affiliate," said Ken Ledyard, Socius' Director of Marketing. "Having SCAS as part of the team strengthens our well-established presence in California which enables us to provide effective and affordable business management solutions to even more organizations on the west coast, and beyond."

SCAS has been delivering business software solutions, training, and consulting services to organizations in Los Angeles and the surrounding communities since 1984. Their business management software offerings include the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP solution. While SCAS will begin conducting their Microsoft Dynamics business under the Socius brand, they will continue to provide their additional services and solutions to their clients as SCAS.

"Socius is one of the few Microsoft Dynamics partners that has been in the business software solutions market as long as we have," said Selwyn Rosenstein, President of SCAS. "I am certain that our partnership with Socius will have tremendous benefits for both of our businesses and, most importantly, for our clients."

"The partnership between Software Consulting and Accounting Systems, Inc. and Socius is welcome news and will be a win-win for both organizations and their customers," said Jeremy Thies, Senior Director, US Dynamics Partners, Microsoft Corporation.
